Frank Drukker

Frank Drukker has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Frank started their career as a management trainee at Texaco in 1989 and later became a Manager of Sales & Account Management at equensWorldine. In 2000, they joined ABN AMRO as a Senior Vice President, where they stayed for 10 years. Frank then switched to Deutsche Bank, serving as the Head of MidCap Amsterdam and Co-Head of Public Sector NL until 2013. Frank then moved to Robeco, where they worked as a Business Development Manager for the UK Institutional Market and Private Equity for four years. Currently, they are an Executive Director of Institutional Business Development at Aegon Asset Management, responsible for business development in the Benelux and the Nordics.

Frank Drukker completed their high school education at Revius from 1976 to 1982, obtaining a VWO degree in Atheneum B. Frank then pursued higher education at Utrecht University from 1983 to 1989, earning an LLM Dutch law degree with a focus on corporate and social aspects of Dutch law.
