Jasper van der Meulen

Jasper van der Meulen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and risk analysis, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager for Private Markets at Aegon Asset Management since December 2016. Prior to this role, Jasper held the position of Performance & Risk Analyst and was involved in fostering community engagement and financial oversight as a board member of the student housing committee at Woonstad Rotterdam. Jasper also demonstrated entrepreneurial skills as the owner of Androidtech, where responsibilities included sales, customer relations, and webshop management. Academically, Jasper holds two Master of Science degrees in Behavioral Economics and Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam and the University of Groningen, respectively, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of Groningen. Additionally, a minor in Business Administration was completed at Aarhus University.
