Nella Mereu FCIPD has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1998 at Allianz Insurance PLC as a Training Officer, they then moved on to Cox Insurance Holdings Plc as an HR Development Manager in 2000. In 2004, they joined AIG Europe (UK) Ltd as a Learning & Development Manager before transitioning to Insight Investment in 2006, where they served as an Organisational Development Consultant. Nella later took on the role of HR Business Partner at Insight Investment from 2009 until 2016. In 2016, they joined BNY Mellon as an HR Business Partner for Newton Investment Management. In 2017, Nella joined Fidelity International, initially as a Senior HR Business Partner and later as the Head of HR for Global Workplace & Personal Investing. In 2022, they became an Advisory Board Member at Be the Business, and in 2023, they took on the role of Head of Talent, Leadership Development & Strategic Workforce Planning at Aegon Asset Management, while also concurrently serving as the Global Head of HR Business Partners.
