Stuart Watson

Stuart Watson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Manager and Senior Finance Business Partner at Aegon Asset Management since July 2012. In this role, Stuart leads a team responsible for financial planning and analysis across various support functions, including Operations, Technology, and Human Resources. Previously, Stuart held positions such as Global Change Finance Lead, where an effective financial management strategy was developed for global change initiatives, and Manager of Financial Reporting and Accounting, overseeing investment accounting and reporting. Stuart's earlier career included roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group as a Senior Analyst in Commercial Banking Financial Control and at HM Revenue & Customs as an Assistant Tax Officer. Stuart holds an Honours degree in Economics and Accountancy from Heriot-Watt University and A Levels in relevant subjects from Lutterworth Grammar School.
