Prior to this role, Alison held the position of Chief Internal Auditor at Aegon from June 2019 to August 2022. Alison has a background in various roles within the insurance and financial services industry, including positions at Lloyds Banking Group, Scottish Widows, and Bacon and Woodrow. Educationally, Alison obtained a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Maths & Statistics from Heriot-Watt University. Alison is also known for their involvement in supporting women through the 'Women at Aegon' community.
