Iain O'Connor is the Head of Customer Experience & Insight at Aegon UK, a position held since July 2014, where leadership of research and insight capabilities is a primary responsibility, including NPS and consumer duty research, as well as management of Aegon community panels. Prior to this, Iain served in various roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland from February 2004 to July 2014, including Marketing Manager for Customer Experience Insight, where the focus was on customer satisfaction research and service improvement across multiple banking channels. Additional experience includes positions at McDonald's Corporation and Standard Life. Iain holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours in Scots Law from Strathclyde Law School earned between 1996 and 2000.
