Lucy Mosedale

Lucy Mosedale is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in banking and finance, currently working at Dentons since July 2023. Previously, Lucy held the same title at Harper Macleod LLP from August 2020 to July 2023 and served as an Associate at CMS from October 2011 to August 2020. Specializing in corporate lending and leveraged finance, Lucy's expertise includes acquisition finance, investment finance, and development finance, applicable under both Scots and English law. Lucy has represented both corporate borrowers and lenders in various capacities, including syndicated and debt financing. Prior to specializing in law, Lucy worked as an Assistant Company Secretary at Martin Currie, managing company secretarial duties for UK investment trusts and offshore hedge funds. Lucy began a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Dickson Minto W.S., gaining experience in banking and finance, funds, and corporate teams in both Edinburgh and London. Academically, Lucy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Glasgow.
