Ross Mason

Ross Mason has extensive experience in user experience and digital development, currently serving as Head of User Experience at Aegon UK since May 2008. In this role, Ross oversees project management and serves as the primary contact for major initiatives, while also maintaining control over online branding and team management. Previously, Ross held various positions at Aegon UK, including UX Digital Services Manager and Senior User Experience Consultant, delivering comprehensive digital design and consultation services. Prior to Aegon UK, Ross worked as an ICT/Web Development Specialist at Developing Futures Glasgow, where the focus was on enhancing awareness of Credit Unions through website development. Ross holds a BA Honours in Applied Graphics Technology and a UD in Multimedia Visualisation & Product Design from Glasgow Caledonian University.
