Carmel Lev

Carmel Lev is an experienced professional in responsible investment and global infrastructure, currently serving as a Responsible Investment Manager at Aegon since May 2023. Previous roles include Program Officer and Strategy & Partnerships Officer at The World Bank's Global Infrastructure Facility from July 2019 to April 2023, and Inclusive Business Consultant in the Blended Finance Department at IFC from July 2018 to July 2019. Carmel's experience also encompasses positions at Impact Investment Exchange as a Business Development Associate, the Case Foundation as an Impact Investing Graduate Intern, and the National Democratic Institute as a Senior Program Assistant. Additional internships were completed at the International Crisis Group, UCLA Burkle Center for International Relations, UCLA Center for Middle East Development, and Human Rights Watch.
