Dougy Grant

Dougy Grant has extensive work experience in the insurance and financial industry. Dougy is currently serving as the Chief Service Officer at Aegon since 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Operations and Service Director at AEGON UK PLC from 2020 to 2024.

Before joining AEGON UK PLC, Dougy was the CEO of Stonebridge International Insurance Ltd from 2019 to 2020. Dougy has also held various roles at Aegon, including Managing Director of Existing Business, Protection Director, Strategy Director, and Head of Finance Transformation from 2011 to 2020.

Dougy started their career at PwC as an Associate Director before joining Aegon UK in 2002. At Aegon UK, they served as Sales Performance Director and Head of Business Actuarial, where they were responsible for pricing and product development.

Throughout their career, Dougy has achieved significant accomplishments, including driving profits, improving customer satisfaction, and implementing successful strategies for business growth.

Dougy Grant attended Bell Baxter High School from 1988 to 1994. Dougy then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Actuarial Science at Heriot-Watt University from 1994 to 1998.
