Thomas Leech, MS, CISM

Thomas L. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Thomas most recently served as Vice President of Service Delivery at EnProVera Corporation since December 2022. Prior to that, they owned and served as the President of CVN Network Solutions, LLC, where they provided consultation on organizational development strategies, focusing on business growth, operations, and security.

Before their role at CVN Network Solutions, Thomas worked at Deloitte as a Risk & Financial Advisory Consultant from October 2016 to April 2020. In this role, they provided executive consultation to government and commercial clients, specializing in strategic planning, risk analysis, and security operations. Thomas conducted operational and security audits and collaborated with executive leaders to determine business needs.

Thomas also worked as the Director of Operations at CyberGRX in 2016, where they played a key role in establishing the organizational infrastructure and developing a strategic roadmap for the company's cybersecurity risk management platform.

Prior to that, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Program Management Consultant from August 2010 to February 2016. In this position, they led program management consultations for government agencies and commercial clients, managing substantial contract portfolios and delivering numerous classified and unclassified deliverables. Thomas also provided briefings and presentations to C-Suite executives and high-level staff.

Thomas's earlier experience includes serving as the Commanding Officer of the Joint Intelligence Center at the U.S. Special Operations Command from June 2007 to August 2010. In this role, they directed a large organization and managed a significant budget while overseeing threat assessment and intelligence reporting for global operations.

In addition, Thomas has obtained several certifications including a Business Executive Course from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA, an Intelligence/Information Warfare certification from the US Navy, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
