Esther L. is currently the Head of Actuarial at AEGON Seguros, bringing a wealth of analytical and managerial experience from prominent actuarial advisory firms, including EY and Aon. They previously served as an Actuarial Advisory Senior Manager at EY, leading teams and managing projects. Esther holds a Bachelor of Actuarial and Financial Studies, where they ranked first in their class, and a degree in Economics, both from Valladolid University. They also completed a Solvency II Expertise degree and participated in the Progresa Program for Emerging Leaders at Esade.
