Jeni O'Brien

Jeni O'Brien is an experienced professional in HR technology and business systems analysis, currently serving as the Workday HRIS Product Owner and Manager of the Global HR Technology Team at Aegon since March 2017. Prior to Aegon, Jeni worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Transamerica from April 2015 to March 2017 and held management positions within the Global Reporting & Analytics Team at Expert Global Solutions from 2012 to 2015. Jeni's career began at APAC Customer Services, where various roles spanned from 1997 to 2012, including Workforce Scheduling/Forecasting/Planning Analyst, Workforce Administrator, and Senior Business Analyst. Jeni also briefly worked as Workforce Team Lead at Toyota Financial Services in 1999. Educational background includes studies at Kirkwood Community College and Mount Mercy University.
