Lilla Gordos

Lilla Gordos is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and change management, currently serving as Finance Change Manager at Aegon since July 2018, leading the Bermuda Solvency Capital Requirement program and sustainability reporting initiatives. Prior roles include Finance Change Specialist and Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at Aegon, as well as Financial Reporting Specialist at NN Group, where Lilla contributed to process optimization and innovative projects, including robotic process automation. Lilla began the career with internships in capital and risk teams, actuarial fields, and market research. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics from Budapest University of Technology and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, along with studies at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
