Mohit Dhingra

Mohit Dhingra currently serves as Chief Internal Auditor (SMF5) at Aegon, overseeing the audit function for the UK Pension and Investment business. As a member of the Board of Governors and Deputy Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Staffordshire University, Mohit contributes to the university's strategic vision and governance. Additionally, involvement with the University of Bedfordshire's Board supports its ‘Transform Bedfordshire’ strategy. Previously, Mohit held key positions in internal audit and risk management at Unum UK, RSA, IAG, and Prudential Plc, emphasizing transformation, risk oversight, and governance across multiple regions. Mohit began a career in audit with KPMG, working with diverse sectors, and holds a Chartered Accountancy designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
