Sean Coughlin

Sean Coughlin has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as a Global Release Train Engineer and Senior Agile Coach at Aegon since September 2010. Sean focuses on scaling lean and agile practices to enhance value delivery within the organization. Previous roles at Aegon include PMO Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Program Management Office and overseeing business and technology projects. Sean also held the position of Lead Project Manager, leading large-scale global projects, including the Derivative Architecture Replacement Program. Prior to Aegon, Sean worked at Pearson as an IT Project Manager and Product Implementation Manager, managing technology projects from conception to implementation. Sean holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa and is currently pursuing an MBA in Management Information Systems from the same institution.
