Alex Osgood has extensive experience in site operations and customer service within the music and hospitality industries. Currently working with AEG in Site Operations Team since August 2023, Alex has facilitated various special and music events, including festivals and concerts at venues such as the Mission Ballroom and Bluebird Theatre. Previous roles include contributing to the security team and managing ticketing operations for the Mondegreen Festival. Additionally, Alex gained software engineering experience as an intern at Pax8, while earlier roles involved senior support and advisory positions at Angi and J Kent Staffing Services, respectively. Alex holds a Certificate in Full Stack Software Engineering from Tech Elevator and has a Bachelors of Science in Advertising from West Virginia University.
