Austin Caldwell

Austin Caldwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in premium services, strategy, and operations within the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Premium Services, Strategy & Operations at AEG since October 2014, Austin leads divisions focused on enhancing revenue and customer experience across multiple franchises, including the LA Kings and LA Lakers. Previous roles at AEG include Sr. Director and Director of Premium Business Operations, where Austin successfully managed relationships with over 150 member accounts. Austin's career also includes significant positions at PNC Arena and the Carolina Hurricanes, alongside foundational roles at the Charlotte Checkers and as a Community Relations Intern. Austin holds an MBA in International/Global Studies from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a B.S. in Sport Management from North Carolina State University.
