Senior Vice President, Strategy And Business Affairs at AEG

Kate Sheets has had a diverse work experience, primarily in the legal and corporate sectors. Kate started their career as an intern at Deloitte & Touche in 2006. Kate then worked as a summer associate at Foley & Lardner LLP in 2008 and 2009. After that, they joined the firm as an associate and was a member of their Transactional & Securities, Finance & Financial Institutions, and Latin America Practices. During their time at Foley & Lardner LLP, they handled a variety of transactions, including the historic acquisition of the Los Angeles Dodgers by Guggenheim Baseball Management. In 2013, they joined Proskauer Rose LLP as an associate in their Corporate Department, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities law. In 2016, they transitioned to AEG, where they first served as a Senior Legal Counsel and then as a Vice President, Legal Counsel. In their roles at AEG, they managed general corporate and contractual issues surrounding stadiums, arenas, entertainment complexes, and professional sports franchises. Kate also structured and negotiated multi-asset sponsorship agreements. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Affairs at AEG, where they lead efforts in identifying and cultivating partnerships and strategic initiatives, providing strategic counsel and insight into revenue growth initiatives, and helping set the vision and strategy for partner campaigns and content optimization.

Kate Sheets has a strong educational background in law and business. Kate completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree specializing in Business Law and Policy at the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Accountancy (B.Acc.) degrees summa cum laude from the University of San Diego, where they studied History and Accountancy from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Kate Sheets also holds a Master Certificate in Business and Law of Sports, which they obtained from Villanova University in March 2016.
