Kimberly Hunt

Kimberly Hunt has extensive experience in talent development and organizational development. Kimberly currently holds the position of Director of Talent Development at AEG. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Organization Development & Effectiveness at Badger Infrastructure Solutions, leading a team and implementing strategies for organizational development. Kimberly also held the position of Director of Global Talent Development at Brand Industrial Services, where they led multiple teams and integrated them into a cohesive unit. Earlier in their career, Kimberly worked as the Director of Global Training & Development and HR Director of Operating Functions at Brand Industrial Services, where they built and managed teams and oversaw training and development initiatives. Kimberly also has previous experience as a Talent Development Manager and Workforce Development Manager at Harsco Corporation, where they developed talent management strategies and led global teams.

Kimberly Hunt has a Masters of Engineering degree in Engineering Science from Penn State University. Kimberly also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2016, MBTI Practitioner- Myers Briggs Assessment from CPP in 2014, and SPHR - Senior Professional in HR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2013.
