Vehicle Architecture Engineer at AEHRA

Gianpiero Fabrizi has a solid work experience in the engineering field, with a focus on vehicle architecture and design. Gianpiero started their career at PQL Meccanica in 2007 as a Design Engineer and worked there until 2011. During this time, they gained experience in product design, drafting, and cost definition.

In 2011, Gianpiero joined R&D Hydraulic Motors and Prototypes as a Design Engineer. Here, they specialized in hydraulic motors and brakes, with skills in product design, development, cost reduction, performance optimization, material selection, testing activities, and industrialization. Gianpiero worked there until 2013.

In 2013, Gianpiero moved to COMPAGNIA ITALIANA RIMORCHI SRL as a Design Engineer, where they focused on design engineering until their departure in 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Gianpiero worked at Ducati Motor Holding as a Design Engineer, further enhancing their design skills and gaining specific experience in the automotive industry.

In 2016, Gianpiero joined Ferrari as a Vehicle Architecture Engineer. Gianpiero continued their work in this role until 2020, contributing to vehicle architecture design.

From 2020 to 2022, Gianpiero worked as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Europe. In this role, they were responsible for designing and developing systems and components for LMH race cars and high-performance road cars.

In 2022, Gianpiero took up a new challenge at Lotus Tech Innovation Centre GmbH as a Vehicle Architecture Engineer. Gianpiero worked there until 2023 before joining AEHRA in the same role.

Gianpiero Fabrizi obtained a Laurea Specialistica degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Università degli Studi dell'Aquila from 2001 to 2007.
