Bryan Hogan

Since joining AEI in 2007, Bryan has been working with a diverse client base including banks; life insurance, CMBS and bridge lenders; investors; special servicers; and attorney clients. His primary roles are related to client satisfaction, working with a team of engineers and environmental professionals to assist clients to make sound risk decisions on due diligence projects ranging from single tenant to multi-family, retail and industrial sites. He serves clients involved with straightforward financing of single site deals to large-scale, complex portfolio transactions. Bryan is also responsible for the development of new business relationships. Bryan facilitates successful completion and delivery of environmental site assessments, debt and equity property condition assessments, construction monitoring, and the industrial hygiene needs of the commercial, multifamily, retail, industrial and office real estate industry. Bryan earned his BS in International Business from Florida Atlantic University and is a member of the ICSC and MBA.
