James Huie

James Huie is a corporate and securities associate in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Palo Alto office.

James advises companies on general corporate matters, including formation and operation, corporate governance, early- and later-stage venture capital financings, debt financings and public offerings.

He also advises companies on transaction matters and has worked on a number of mergers and acquisition transactions. Additionally, James has experience representing a number of venture capital firms in venture capital financings.
