Elena Serrano is an experienced professional in Building Information Modeling (BIM) with a robust career spanning over two decades in architectural design and project management. Currently serving as Responsible for Corporative BIM Processes & Client BIM Manager at Aelca since 2021, Elena previously held roles as BIM Project Manager at IDOM Consulting, BIM Projects Coordinator at AECOM, and various design positions at Perkins+Will and Aflalo & Gasperini Arquitetos. With a foundational experience as Project Architect at the Ministerio de Defensa Español, Elena has managed numerous refurbishment projects and overseen technical compliance in construction documentation. Educational qualifications include a Master Oficial de Autodesk in Computer Programming and ongoing Master’s degrees in Direction and Management of Real Estates and Construction Companies, as well as Architecture, from prominent institutions.
