Gadi Benmoshe

Gadi Benmoshe is an accomplished professional in maritime cybersecurity and digital transformation, currently serving as the Maritime Cybersecurity Program Lead at the Israel National Cyber Directorate since July 2025. In addition, Gadi is the Managing Director of Marinnovators, providing consulting services focused on innovation and cybersecurity for maritime stakeholders. As Vice-Chair of the Data Collaboration Committee at the International Association of Ports and Harbors, Gadi engages in significant initiatives to enhance data sharing in the industry. A former Chief Information Officer with the Israel Ports Company, Gadi has extensive experience in strategic planning, cybersecurity implementation, and project leadership, including the execution of Blockchain technology projects. Gadi holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion University and a BA in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, along with ongoing education at various institutions.
