Léa Floquet

Léa Floquet has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Léa currently serves as the Head of Legal at AELIS FARMA, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Juriste at AELIS FARMA from July 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining AELIS FARMA, Léa worked at Cabinet Reynal-Perret as a Juriste Propriété intellectuelle et contrats from September 2019 to June 2021. In this role, they handled various aspects of intellectual property law, including copyright enforcement, drafting agreement protocols, and negotiating with infringers and legal advisors. Léa also had responsibilities in contract law, such as drafting, reviewing, and archiving contracts, including distribution contracts, service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and amendments. Additionally, Léa was involved in management tasks, such as recruiting and interviewing interns.

Prior to that, Léa had experiences at LegalVision as a Juriste Droit des Affaires in July 2019 and at Withings as a Juriste Généraliste from January 2019 to June 2019. At LegalVision, they focused on business law, while at Withings, they specialized in intellectual property law, particularly patents, designs, and trademarks. Léa handled tasks related to drafting contracts, reviewing, and archiving, as well as dealing with data protection measures.

Léa's earlier experience includes a position as Juriste Propriété intellectuelle at Cabinet Reynal-Perret from September 2016 to February 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Tutrice de français at Turun yliopisto - University of Turku from October 2013 to April 2014.

Léa Floquet's education history is as follows:

In 2013-2014, they studied at Turun yliopisto - University of Turku where they pursued a degree in Law, specifically focusing on Erasmus exchange program.

From 2015-2016, Léa attended the University of Dundee and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree. Léa also studied Comparative European Private International Law at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole during the same period.

In 2016-2017, they pursued Preparatory Studies for the Bar Exam (EDA) at Université de Bordeaux.

During 2017-2018, Léa studied at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne where they completed a Preparatory Course for the Bar Exam (EDS) in IEJ Paris 1.

Lastly, in 2023, they attended Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Law and Business Management.
