Antonio Jiménez

Antonio Jiménez has over 20 years of experience as a legal and strategic adviser for international investors in Spain and a consultant for start-ups. He started his career in 2000, being highly specialized in advising foreign investments in Spain and international transactions. He has served as Secretary and/or Adviser to the Boards of Directors of diverse international companies and has advised international banks, venture capital companies, and investment funds. He has acquired long-term experience in the biotechnology field as an external advisor of various biotech companies.

In 2016 Antonio Jiménez joined the Spanish-based biotech Sanifit Therapeutics S.A. as General Counsel and Vice President responsible for the operations department. He contributed to the professionalization and restructuration of the company and the integration of the US Subsidiary created until the acquisition of the Company in 2022 by CSL-Vifor.

Before starting his career as a lawyer, Antonio Jiménez gained his law degree in the University of the Balearic Islands and in the Paris Lodron University in Salzburg (Austria).
