Adaeze Chukwudume has a diverse work experience history. Adaeze began their career in 2015 as an intern at the University of Calabar Research and Teaching Farm. Afterwards, they worked as a Sales Manager at House of Olives, where they managed sales and customer relations, monitored inventory, and oversaw staff. In 2018, Adaeze took on the role of Project Manager Team Lead at VSO, where they supervised volunteers, provided support, and facilitated sessions on community development. Adaeze also worked as a farmer at AB&C Farm, raising broiler birds and managing inventory and customer relationships. Currently, Adaeze is employed as a Customer Success Analyst at Aella App.

Adaeze Chukwudume completed their education at the University of Calabar from 2012 to 2016. Adaeze obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology in that time. In addition to their degree, Adaeze has also obtained certifications in Customer Experience Management from Philips Consulting in April 2022 and Introduction to Software Testing from Alison in April 2022.
