Chun Peng Lim

Chun Peng Lim is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in thermal solution systems. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at AEM since May 2014, Chun Peng Lim is responsible for developing new thermal solution systems in collaboration with customers. Previous experience includes a role at AMD as a Product Development Engineer 2, where Chun Peng Lim specialized in hybrid system test thermal solutions and provided technical support across multiple production sites. Earlier, Chun Peng Lim worked as an Engineering Assistant at Elyo Asia Pte Ltd, managing preventive maintenance tasks for office infrastructure. Chun Peng Lim holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
