Jeff Montgomery

Jeff Montgomery serves as the General Manager and Senior VP of Operations at AEM Inc. since March 1995, where responsibilities include managing all operational aspects of the Hi-Reliability Division, overseeing product lines such as Hi-Rel Fuse and Hi-Rel Chip Bead, and ensuring customer and employee satisfaction with P&L accountability. Prior to this role, Jeff Montgomery was the Product Engineering Manager at Mepcopal Company from May 1986 to March 1995, where design and development efforts led to the creation of the first high-reliability thick-film fuse and custom fuses for high-reliability applications. Jeff Montgomery studied at UC San Diego from 1981 to 1983.
