Damien Cami

Damien Cami is an experienced human resources and social affairs professional currently serving as Directeur des ressources humaines and Directeur des Affaires Sociales at Aéma Groupe since January 2021. Prior to this role, Damien held the position of Directeur des affaires sociales at GROUPE MACIF from November 2019. From November 2015 to November 2019, Damien worked as DRH at Macif Mutualité and previously held various roles, including Responsable Relations Sociales and Responsable Adjoint Relations Sociales Groupe at GROUPE MACIF from April 2006 to November 2015. Damien began a career in social relations at GAN, serving as Responsable Relations Sociales from May 2002 to March 2006.
