Louis Gardey de Soos

Louis GARDEY de SOOS has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as DRH Siège at Aéma Groupe since January 2021. Previously, Louis held various senior HR roles including DRH Siège et Services Transverses and DRH Pole Finance Epargne at GROUPE MACIF from November 2017 to December 2020, and DRH France at Bolloré Ports from December 2011 to October 2017, where responsibilities included managing HR for 850 employees across 13 sites. Earlier in their career, Louis worked at NextiraOne and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, focusing on HR strategy and talent development. Additional experience includes supporting HR initiatives at Veolia and an early role in HR auditing and management at Vivendi. Louis holds a Master's degree in Administration des Entreprises from IEMN-IAE and a DESS in RH et Communication from IGS-RH.
