Allison Raynor

Allison Raynor has a diverse work experience encompassing various roles in business development, project management, policy analysis, and state education initiatives. Allison has held positions at AEM Corporation, Data Quality Campaign, Achieve, Inc., and the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on government strategic growth, program analysis, policy initiatives, and privacy support within the education sector.

Allison Raynor obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Policy Management from Dickinson College in 2008. Allison then pursued a Master's Degree in Public Policy from American University, completing it in 2010. In 2009, they attended the American University European Public Affairs and Advocacy Institute for a brief period. In 2021, they obtained the APMP® Bid and Proposal Management Foundation certification from APMP.
