Jason Radford has a diverse work experience starting in 1991 as a Rental Representative/Assistant Manager with System One Rent-A-Car/Pennant Rent-A-Car. Jason then moved on to State Farm Insurance in 1997, where they worked as a Licensed Agent's Staff and later as an ESP Office Manager & Trainer. Jason transitioned to DST Systems in 2010, holding roles as a Client Relations Specialist in the Data Interface Team and Customer Intelligence Group. Jason later joined Cerner Corporation in 2018 as a Change Implementation Analyst before landing roles at AEM Corporation in 2020. At AEM Corporation, they worked their way up from a Helpdesk & Team Trainer to a Helpdesk Escalation Lead & Team Trainer for various education-related projects.

Jason Radford obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Jason also completed the Network Security Cyber Defender Program at New Horizons Computer Learning Center in 2010. Earlier, they attended O'Hara High School. In addition to their degrees, they hold certifications in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCST).
