Andrew Sandham

Andrew Sandham is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the commercial and systems sectors. Currently serving as Managing Counsel at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) since August 2019, Sandham previously held significant roles at Telstra Health as Chief of Staff and Head of Corporate Services, as well as Commercial Manager. Prior to that, Sandham worked at Telstra Corporation Limited as Supervising Counsel and began a legal career at Corrs Chambers Westgarth as a Solicitor. Early in the professional journey, Sandham contributed to the Media Entertainment & Arts Alliance as an Organiser. Academically, Sandham holds a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne and completed law studies at Monash University, along with a commerce degree from the University of Melbourne.
