Deanne Slade

Deanne Slade is an experienced leader in governance, risk, and operational transformation, currently serving as the Interim General Manager Governance & Risk at AEMO Services since June 2023. With a robust background at AEMO, Deanne has overseen critical risk management and compliance functions, alongside spearheading the Environmental, Social & Governance program. Prior to AEMO, Deanne held significant roles at Bank of Queensland, leading workplace transformation initiatives and managing corporate projects and finance operations. Deanne's early career includes roles in legal administration, providing support in real estate and property projects across various firms. Educational achievements include a Diploma of Business from TAFE Queensland and qualification as a Justice of the Peace.
