Thymen Kruider

Thymen Kruider is an experienced professional currently serving as the Operationeel Manager at Aemosa since November 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing the ISO 9001 quality management system and supporting operational management to enhance service delivery. Thymen also holds the position of Hoofdtrainer for Katwijk O23 with VV Katwijk since July 2024. Prior to these roles, Thymen worked as a consultant at Quoratio in the Social Domain and Benefits sector from January to November 2023, and served as Hoofdtrainer for FC Oegstgeest from June 2021 to June 2023. Additional experience includes project secretary for the Municipality of Gouda and coordinated teams as Teamlead & HR at Aemosa from April 2018 to January 2023, along with coaching individuals with psychological vulnerabilities. Thymen possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and holds further qualifications in sports coaching and coordination, with a foundational education in secondary vocational education.
