Raúl Gómez has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Raúl began their career at Danzas in 1992, working in logistics for a brief period. Raúl then joined Aena in 1995 as a Statistician and later transitioned to the role of International Consultant at INECO in 1997.

Returning to Aena in the same year, they held positions such as Business Analyst & Survey Manager, Business Strategy, and Statistical Research. From 2004 to 2011, they worked in Airport Marketing & Market Research. In 2011, they shifted to Commercial Planning and then Management Control until 2015.

In 2016, Raúl Gómez rejoined Aena and was involved in Digital Transformation from 2016 to 2019. Raúl then moved on to roles in Marketing & Digital Development and Head of e-commerce & Business Analytics until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Commercial Marketing & Digital Business Director.

In 1994-2000, they studied Mathematics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additionally, they completed a Master's in Airports Systems from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 1998, specializing in Operations Management. Raúl also has a background in English language and C programming from their studies at West London College in 1993. Lastly, they completed their B.S. in Statistics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 1990-1993.
