Federico Moscetti

Federico Moscetti currently serves as the Head of Continuous Improvement Italy at Aenova Group, a role commenced in September 2025. Prior to this position, Federico was the Process Transformation and Continuous Improvement Manager at Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A., focusing on operational and process excellence through lean methodologies and change management from June 2023 to September 2025. Previous experience includes serving as the Global Operational Excellence Coordinator at Chiesi Group, where responsibilities encompassed project management and governance of process improvement initiatives. Additionally, Federico held roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, GSK, and Novartis, where key contributions included quality improvement, operational excellence, and data analytics. Federico holds a Master's degree in Management Engineering from Università di Siena, a Master in Project Management from 24ORE Business School, and completed Project Management education at SDA Bocconi.
