Florian Ross

Florian Ross currently serves as Teamlead Project Engineering at Aenova Group, starting in November 2023. Prior to this role, Florian worked at 3CON Technologies as a Pre-Engineering Specialist from May 2022 to October 2023. From December 2014 to April 2022, Florian held positions as a Process Engineer Slush and Tooling Engineer at IAC Group, where responsibilities included research and development of slush materials and processes, as well as overseeing various process technologies. Florian's early career included positions at Linde Gas & Equipment from September 2006 to September 2012, where training as an Industriemechaniker focused on maintenance was completed.
