Sebastian Mauer

Sebastian Mauer is a Projektingenieur at Aenova Group, starting in August 2023, following experience as a Junior-Projektingenieur. Previously, Sebastian worked at Technische Universität München from May 2021 to October 2022 as a Studentische Hilfskraft, addressing inquiries from students and prospective students in the fields of food technology, brewing, and bioprocess engineering. Prior internships include a role in product development at Privatmolkerei Bechtel, where responsibilities included conducting experiments and preparing product samples, as well as customer support at Lingumi and an internship focused on extrusion and quality assurance at Bischof + Klein. Sebastian holds a Master of Science in Food Technology and Biotechnology from Technical University of Munich, acquired from October 2020 to December 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, completed from October 2016 to November 2020. Early education includes an Allgemeine Hochschulreife from Joseph-von-Fraunhofer-Gymnasium Cham.
