Chong Meng Wai

Chong Meng Wai has extensive experience in business intelligence and data warehousing, currently serving as a Business Intelligence Manager at AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad since April 2013. In this role, Chong oversees a team of business analysts, manages application system change requests, and facilitates communication between IT technical staff and business units. Prior positions include Business Analyst Manager, Business Intelligence Assistant Manager, and Business Intelligence Analyst at AEON Credit Service, as well as Data Warehouse Analyst at AMD and Silverlake Group. Chong's expertise encompasses designing data warehouses, ETL processes, and reporting systems, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Malaya.
