Mohd Rezuwan Roslee

Mohd Rezuwan Roslee is a seasoned training and development professional with extensive experience in creating and implementing training programs. Currently serving as Senior Executive-Training at AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad since November 2022, Mohd Rezuwan has focused on aligning training plans with organizational objectives and conducting training needs analyses. Prior to this role, Mohd Rezuwan was the Training Lead at IKTiSAS PLT, where responsibilities included designing instructor-led sessions and collaborating with subject matter experts. Additionally, Mohd Rezuwan gained valuable skills at Affin Hwang Investment Bank as an Executive in Learning & Development, managing comprehensive programs that included needs analysis and evaluation, as well as at Permodalan Nasional Berhad as a Graduate Trainee.
