David Keinert

David Keinert is currently the Senior Director of Operations at Aeon, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, David served in various roles at Bigos Management, Inc., including Senior Director of Property Operations, Director of Marketing, and Portfolio Director from August 2014 to October 2023. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Dakota County Technical College, Director of Rooms at Noble House Hotels & Resorts, and Director of Front Office Operations at Highgate Hotels. David started their career as an Assistant General Manager at Hilton Worldwide. Educational credentials include an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of St. Thomas, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Minnesota Crookston, and an AAS in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Waukesha County Technical College.
