Derrick Thibodeaux

Derrick Thibodeaux is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in the recruitment field, currently employed at AEP Energy since March 2020. Previously, Derrick held various recruiting positions, including Recruiter at McGraw-Hill from April 2018 to March 2020, where responsibilities involved managing the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple departments. At Abbott from August 2017 to March 2018, Derrick focused on attracting and selecting talent for Sales and Corporate functions. Other roles include positions at Nationwide Insurance, Mission Essential, Randstad Professionals, Robert Half, JPMorgan Chase, Office of Student Life, and the Multicultural Center. Derrick earned a B.S. in Human Ecology with a focus on Human Resources from The Ohio State University in 2010.
