Shubham Chand

Shubham Chand has a strong background in recruitment, with experience in various companies. Shubham started their career as an IT Recruiter at Collar Search in May 2018. In this role, they were responsible for headhunting, sourcing candidates from portals like Career Builder, Dice, Ladder, and Monster. Shubham also worked with different US visas and tax terms and conducted pre-screening of candidates. Shubham then joined Mindlance in March 2019 as a Technical Recruiter, where they continued to hone their recruiting skills until August 2020. Currently, Shubham serves as a Senior US Recruiter at Aequor Technologies, a position they have held since October 2020.
