Vikas Goel

Vikas Goel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vikas currently holds the role of President- Advanced Technology Products (ATP) at Aequs Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, they worked at Havells India Ltd as Vice President Operations, where they led multi-product site operations and played a crucial role in the growth of the company's consumer durable products segment. Before that, they served as the Founder & CEO of Verve Hospitalities Private Limited, where they transformed dining experiences at traveling destinations. Vikas has also held various positions at Schneider Electric and GE, including Director- Technical Productivity, Director- Benchmarking & Innovation, Plant Director, and AGM- Materials. Vikas Goel has a strong background in operations management, manufacturing, and procurement.

Vikas Goel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, from 1989 to 1993. Vikas then pursued their postgraduate studies at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, where they completed a dual degree program, obtaining an MBA and a PGDBM in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, from 2004 to 2007. In 2012 and 2013, they attended the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School for an Advanced Leadership Program, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
