Deirdre Hayes

Deirdre Hayes is an experienced HR professional with over 25 years in the field. Currently serving as Lead HR Business Partner at Aer Lingus since September 2013, Deirdre has previously held the positions of HR Manager at Britvic Ireland Ltd and Senior HR Generalist at both Lagan Cement and Sanmina-SCI. Deirdre began her career as an HR Officer at Baxter and has a foundation in employee relations from tenure as an Employee Relations Officer at Britannia Refined Metals. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Manchester Metropolitan University and a BA Hons in History and Greek & Roman Civilisation from University College Dublin.
