Jenny Rafter

Jenny Rafter has over 20 years of experience in the travel and leisure sales industry. Currently serving as the Head of Global Leisure Sales and previously as Head of Business Development in Leisure at Aer Lingus since August 2016, Rafter has driven significant sales strategies. Prior to Aer Lingus, Rafter served as Sales Manager at Royal Caribbean International from July 2006 to August 2016, overseeing sales strategy for the Irish market. Earlier roles include Sales Manager at Stobart Air from March 2001 to May 2006, focusing on global sales activities, and Sales Account Executive at CityJet from 1995 to 1999, where Rafter was promoted from Reservations Team lead to UK Field Sales Executive. Rafter holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Dundalk Institute of Technology and completed a program at the Irish Management Institute in 2006.
