Laura Stapleton

Laura Stapleton is an experienced senior cabin crew member at Aer Lingus since May 2017, specializing in inflight services. Previously, Laura worked with Emirates from August 2013 to April 2017, initially in business promotions, representing the brand at various events, and later as cabin crew. Prior to that, Laura served at Dublin Airport Authority from April 2000 to July 2013, holding positions such as protocol officer, where VIP customer service and movements were prioritized, and protocol admin officer in the VIP department, focusing on financial maintenance and marketing. Laura also contributed to the press office, managing public inquiries and assisting media personnel. Educational qualifications include a diploma in public relations from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland (2003-2005) and attendance at The Open College (October 2020 - January 2021).
